Combine the flour and all spiced in a bowl.
Pre-heat a large saucepan on medium heat, with the olive oil.
Once the pan is hot, add the spice mixture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste, and slowly add in the chicken broth, whisking as you add.
Bring to a simmer, and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat, and mix in the apple cider vinegar.
