Preheat oven to 425 F
Mix together water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and knead for 5 - 10 minutes.
Separate dough into two equal parts.
Roll out dough, or press it into your pizza pan.
Prebake the dough for 15 minutes.
Add your pizza sauce and toppings.
Place pizzas back into the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
