Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 jar of your favorite pizza sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Mix together water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and knead for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Separate dough into two equal parts.
  • Roll out dough, or press it into your pizza pan.
  • Prebake the dough for 15 minutes.
  • Add your pizza sauce and toppings.
  • Place pizzas back into the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
