Ingredients

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add yeast to the warm water and allow to dissolve. Whisk in the sugar, salt, eggs, and shortening.
Stir in the flour and knead 7 minutes, then let the dough rise for 30 minutes (or until doubled).
Cut the dough in half, and then cut each half into 16 parts. Roll all 32 parts into balls and place onto a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Allow the buns to rise on the cookie sheets until tripled in size, or they reach the size of a hamburger bun.
Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes on the lower rack of the oven.
