Sugar Cookie Syrup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp butter extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, and brown sugar. Boil mixture for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Mix in vanilla, butter extract, and almond extract. Allow to cool.
