Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and combine. The batter should be lumpy.
  2. Bake on an ungreased griddle.
