Hummus
This is my "go to" recipe for hummus. It is very simple, so whether you are a novice in the kitchen or an expert, this is sure to turn out great. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Method
- Rinse and drain chickpeas
- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until texture is smooth
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to thin (as needed)
- Top with cilantro if desired
