Gingerbread Syrup
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except for the vanilla.Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Mix in vanilla, and allow to cool.
