Method
- Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, until fragrant.
- Turn heat to medium-low and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese and seasoning. Whisk to incorporate.
- Cook the sauce for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desire thickness. Stir in the parsley before serving.
