Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup organic heavy whipping cream
  • 1-1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Turn heat to medium-low and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese and seasoning. Whisk to incorporate.
  4. Cook the sauce for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desire thickness. Stir in the parsley before serving.
