Dumplings

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1-1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt, pepper, poultry seasoning

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking soda, and in a separate bowl, mix the milk and butter.
  2. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients, and lightly mix with a fork. When the mixture comes together, stop mixing so that you do not cause the dough to create hard, lumpy dumplings.
