Dumplings
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt, pepper, poultry seasoning
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking soda, and in a separate bowl, mix the milk and butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients, and lightly mix with a fork. When the mixture comes together, stop mixing so that you do not cause the dough to create hard, lumpy dumplings.
