Chinese Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp 5-spice powder
- 2 pinches ground white pepper
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
Sauce
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 2-3 tbsp sriracha sauce optional
- green onions or chives for garnish
Instructions
Sauce
- Add all sauce ingredients to a medium sized bowl and combine, then set aside.
Meatballs
- In a large bowl, combine all of the meatball ingredients.
- Heat oil in a large skillet
- Form meat mixture into small sized meatballs. Place in skillet and heat until brown.
- Place meatballs in a baking dish and cover with the sauce.
- Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
