Ingredients
For Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp apple pie spice
- pinch sea salt
- 2/3 cup milk of choice
For Apple Mixture
- 1 medium sized apple diced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the overnight oats ingredients together in a container until there are no clumps.
- In a small saucepan, bring the apple ingredients to a light simmer. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, until most of the liquid is gone. (about 10 minutes)
- Scoop the apples on the top of the overnight oats and allow to cool for a few minutes. Cover and place in the refrigerator.
