Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, add the cornmeal, flour, salt, baking power, and sugar. Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add your wet ingredients (eggs, butter, milk) to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Spray a 9x13 (or similar) baking dish with non-stick spray, and pour in the batter.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
