Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Spray muffin tins with a non-stick spray
  3. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the chocolate chips.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Overmixing will cause your muffins to not come out light and fluffy.
  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
