Preheat the air fryer to 400 F.
Place eggs in a shallow bowl and beat well.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, spices and baking powder.
Dip each chicken into the egg wash, then transfer to the almond flour mixture and coat all sides.
Arrange chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You should have enough chicken for two batches.
Spray the tops of the chicken tenders in the basket lightly with oil, and set the time for 12 minutes.
After 6 minutes, flip each chicken tender and spray other side with oil, and then cook the remaining 6 minutes.
Once the air fryer is finished, remove the chicken tenders and repeat with the second batch.
