Yellow Cake

Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • cups granulated sugar
  • tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • cups milk
  • cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder , and salt.
  • Place softened butter into a stand mixer and mix on medium for 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Place dry ingredients into stand mixer and combine with butter for 30 seconds.
  • Add milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Mix on medium-high for one minute.
  • Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350℉ for 20-25 minutes for 8-inch pans, 30-38 minutes for 9x13 pans. For cupcakes, start checking around 15 minutes.
