Ingredients
  

Beef Patties

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Gravy Mix

  • 2 packets brown gravy mix
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • red wine (optional)
  • mushrooms (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all patty ingredients to a large bowl. Mix with your hands, then divide into eight balls and flatten into patties.
  • Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty until it is no longer pink in the center. Remove patties and skillet from heat.
  • Pour the gravy mixture, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and hot water into a skillet. Whisk to combine. Sautee and stir until the gravy begins to thicken. Add 1/4 cup additional water to the gravy if it becomes too thick.
  • Add the patties back into the skillet and allow to mix with the gravy.
