Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Spray muffin tins with a non-stick spray
- Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the chocolate chips.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Overmixing will cause your muffins to not come out light and fluffy.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
