Mix warn water, yeast and sugar in a medium bowl. Allow the mixture to sit 5 - 10 minutes, until frothy.
Add oil, salt and 4 cups flour. Mix well, adding additional flour if the mixture is too wet.
Knead the dough for 5 - 10 minutes.
Cover and let sit for approximately 1 hour, or until mixture has double in size.
Punch down, and then shape into rolls
Place on cookie sheet, and allow to rise approximately 45 minutes, or until doubled in size
Beat 1 egg, and brush lightly over the top of the rolls, being careful not to deflate the dough
Heat oven to 350 F, and bake rolls 15 - 20 minutes, until rolls are golden brown
While hot, brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter
