White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips 1 package
- 1-1/2 cups chopped macadamia pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and cream until fluffy1 cup butter, 1-1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Add eggs and vanilla, then beat well2 eggs, 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Blend in the flour, baking soda and salt3 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt
- Stir in chocolate chips and macadamia pieces12 ounces white chocolate chips, 1-1/2 cups chopped macadamia pieces
- Place teaspoon size portions onto an ungreased baking pan
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes
