Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dry red wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp cinamon
  • 1 green onion

Method
 

  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Pour in large bag or airtight container
  3. Add pork and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours
  4. Heat oven to 375 F
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, basting every 15 minutes
