White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips 1 package
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped macadamia pieces

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and cream until fluffy
    1 cup butter, 1-1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, then beat well
    2 eggs, 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  4. Blend in the flour, baking soda and salt
    3 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and macadamia pieces
    12 ounces white chocolate chips, 1-1/2 cups chopped macadamia pieces
  6. Place teaspoon size portions onto an ungreased baking pan
  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes
